Weber & Gasper is a Humboldt law firm, operated in partnership by lawyers Russel Weber and Tabbetha Gasper. The firm began in 1995 when Russel Weber and Marilyn Scott formed a law partnership  under the firm name “Scott & Weber.” Tabbetha Gasper joined the firm as an articling student in 2005, and then as a partner in 2008, upon the retirement of Marilyn Scott. The firm name was changed to Weber & Gasper in 2009.

Today, the firm consists of two partners, with over 40 years combined experience in the practice of law, and three full-time support staff members, including a real estate paralegal, a legal-secretary, and a book-keeper.
